About the Club
Erskine Youth Football Club is an SFA Quality Mark Community Club. The Club was founded in 1975 to provide an outlet for the youth in a new community, originally called Erskine Boys' Club. The name was changed in 2004 to Erskine Youth F C to better represent the range of football provided, regardless of gender. Now 50 years later the Club is going from strength to strength with over 220 youth players both boys and girls from 5 to 18 yrs old, with 60 coaching staff (all volunteers) and 14 teams within the Club.
Our aim is to provide an environment for the youth of Erskine and surrounding villages of Bishopton, Inchinnan & Langbank, as well as outlying areas not only let our players show off their footballing skills, and their enjoyment of the game, but to teach players new skills too, with SFA qualifed coaches all fully PVG checked.
In 2017 the Club were delighted to be awarded for the 2nd time with the Scottish F A / McDonalds Quality Mark "Community Club" status, and the same year successfully registered as a Scottish Charitable Organisation.
